| Almost everything about this letter is wrong! Wrong letterrate - should be at least 2 x 10 mk. Wrong Helsinki/Helsingfors postmark - does not look like any genuine Helsinki-postmark. Wrong date and postmark in Friedrichshafen - should be 25.9.30, small size postmark. Finally the stamp seems to be from 2nd engraving - should be first, which means, that it is a fake. Probably more misses can be found. I have informed seller. |

I have added both a genuine card and cover (thanks OvalPoint). The card just to show the Friedrichshafen-postmark, as it should be. By the way: On the fake cover the lilac Zeppelin-postmark is missing.

Scan of a genuine letter includes the rare misprint 1830 instead of 1930. A Very Nice letter; it even appears to be postal use (so many letters are from/to stamp dealers...).
Appears to be, that is. I don't think flown letters with the printing error are just coincidents. Letter inside must have been like: Keep this gem well!
