| 25 mk wm. posthorn in a block of four, monthly auction 186, item 1196, is without doubt aftercancelled. This Saarinen M-1917 type was valid franking until the end of 1930 - not later. The block of four has been cancelled with a type of postmark (1-ring), which did not come into use until the middle of the 1940ies. Wisely the originator of the fake has turned the cancellor so, that the year of it is not shown, even if there are three cancels on the block. Valby has been informed. |
